DEMO VERSION of Tom Solid’s Digital Journal
This is a free demo version of Tom Solid’s Digital Journal that you can use to see what you could build on your own using the Digital Journal Designer.
To start with, I would like to emphasize the great advantage of a Digital Planner in Good Notes.
I try to take daily notes now and structure it somehow. Since DPs were new to me, it takes some time to get used to it. I always had the idea to use it as a travel. Diary, too, but probably I have to develop some appropriate working sheets first, where time, location, weather, photos and text can be integrated easily
Time will tell.
I had to realise, after contacting Tom, that the whole system is a static one, which means, that jumping back from a todo list is not possible from the page you started. The typically hyperlink function is not possible with a PDF based worksheet.
Furthermore I needed a month to install the system on my iPad Pro; Tom was very patient during all my trials and finally I got a link for download.
In summery I would congratulate Tom and his Software Developer for a great job they achieved and hope the development will continue - meaning an interactive app maybe ?
I wish I would have gotten the Daily View. That’s the whole reason for a journal, correct? Oh well....
But this Digital Journal is, by far, the best I’ve come across. Hands down!!!!
works well! Did a good job.
Simple, clear, everything in one place - this is exactly what I was looking for.
Auswahl der Features und Installation lief problemlos. Macht Spass damit zu arbeiten.
