At the Paperless Movement®, we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.

Paperless Movement® Refund Policy

When you sign up for the Paperless Movement® membership, you immediately access a whole library of information, much of which is only available to active Paperless Movement® members. You also gain access to downloadable tools as well as having direct access to a very active community of members who are successful business professionals in their own right, who openly share their experiences.

Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for Paperless Movement®.

No partial refunds will be given if you terminate a subscription before your renewal date. However, you will retain access to Paperless Movement® until the end of your payment term.

Protecting You as a Member

In the early days of the Paperless Movement®, we often gave refunds graciously, when a member wasn’t 100% satisfied with our offering.

However, we quickly learned that many people were accessing the Paperless Movement® membership, downloading resources, watching the course content, and even sourcing the community for sensitive information shared by other Paperless Movement® members, only to request a refund.

Because members of Paperless Movement® membership gain the most value when they are open about their (digital) productivity setups in the community, we can’t allow that behavior to happen. This policy protects Paperless Movement® members by keeping out those who would seek to take advantage of other members.

We’ve gone above and beyond to clarify precisely how the Paperless Movement® membership works before members make their purchase. We have also gone to great lengths to showcase, explain and re-iterate what the membership has to offer, to ensure you won’t have any unwelcome surprises (only the type of surprises that put a smile on one’s face) when you sign up. What to Do if You’re in Paperless Movement® and Aren’t Satisfied

We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a Paperless Movement® member that we can’t solve with a bit of communication. So here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of the Paperless Movement® membership.

The exception to this policy

The Paperless Movement® return policy applies to new signups as well as renewals. However, suppose a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account before renewal. In that case, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee if they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
